How it Started

Bridge to Significance (BTS) emerged from the inaugural NUS SCALE Distinguished Senior Fellowship Programme in late 2025. What began as a cohort impact project has rapidly scaled into a regional leader within the longevity sector. Founded by Ian Gan—a Distinguished Senior Fellow and elected co-Vice President of the DSFP—the company was created to address the urgent demographic shifts hitting ASEAN. As Singapore officially hits super-aged status in 2026, BTS is leading the charge in redefining what longevity looks like in a modern economy.
